AZbox Elite Network Problem

Hello i need some help. My ethernet card in Azbox is dead. I've got in the menu adress mac 00:00:00:00:00:00 and Ip adress 0.0.0.0 (when i put ethernet cable to ethernet slot i didnt see any lights) Inside the azbox i see Realtek RTL8201cp but i dont know which parts is dead,if someone had the same problem please let me know what i have to do.

p.s. is the chance to put usb wifi card to the azbox elite to make network connection ?? ( i dont have any access to azbox only menu via tv )

Try the dom format, and install new firmware.
