Thanks again Giga. I have installed Fausto and updated the key files set the Humax to card + CS + Emu. Connected the laptop via null modem started Fausto but won't clear anything.
Do you need to be connected to a CS server or should the new keys do the job?

keys would do the job, no external server
when you unpack EMPB's Latest Diablo/Fausto you copy
The Updated KEYS for Diablo [Stealth Underworld Ipnosys] & Fausto are inside this folder in to C:\Program Files\Fausto\Keys
and CAIDS in to C:\Program Files\Fausto\CAIDS

then in Fausto Tabs:
Monitor browse in keys file to C:\Program Files\Fausto\Keys\KEYS.BIN
Serial

• [v] mark show datas
• Connect

select animal planet irdeto on receiver and you should see requests pass in fausto
if not check communication between your computer and receiver with null modem cable

I don't have the folder C:\Program Files\Fausto\CAIDS, should I just make it or should it have been installed by Fausto.

if fausto sits in Program Files you could make it there? Don't even know if you need it, maybe only for diablo purpose?

Thied again last night but still unable to clear anything. I load the keys file (keys.bin) and on the serial tab select SSSP (ali/Humax) and the press connect, but nothing appears in the PMT or ECM windows.
If I change the serial type to HSIC, I get something in the PMT / ECM windows, but that is it.

I have downloaded a program called,
Humax 5400...[ShareBox Camd3 Newcamd and Plugins].Upd.1...17.08.2010.rar

from another site, and the Bulsat channels all open which is great, but I would still like to get Fausto working.

Do you have any ideas what I am doing wrong?

could be HSIC that you have to use?
in Monitor mark these:
[v] Fixed CW
[v] Tracker
[v] Monitoring
in Serial check your com settings
Port: COM1
Bauds: 115200
Parity: None
StopBits: 1
DataBits: 8
Delay: 100

in PMT you see CAID: select a channel on 39°E
that shows this:
caid: 0604
PRid: 000000
with the latest keys.bin (need to replace that one with EMPB's) it should open.

Under the serial tab, the PMT window is empty, the ECM window has this in it:

Under the monitor tab,the ecm serial box has what looks like keys in it, in the datas window the ch.infosbox says: not in keys.bin (although I am usin todays file) provider ID: 00000: CAID,0604: key ID, 03: chid, 0003, sid, 002E:
the key and cw windows are full of red zero's: 00000000000 ?

Thanks Giga. Tried again today with latest keys.bin and channels are clearing lovely.

Can you tell me what other packages are available with fausto and humax, and also is it possable to card share with this setup?

most do***entation sits in the \Program\Fausto directory read this one: Fausto & Card Client.txt or this one Fausto & Cards Servers.txt

Can you point me in the direction of where I can find a FaustoClients.cfg file that is up to date with correct settings, if possible.

Is there such a thing as a free card sharing server to test this or at least a cheap one to see if I could get it working?

advanced google search last 24 hours cccam test, select one that offers package on your received satellite. be careful what you are doing with your router. not all is what it seems. when client only: no port forwarding
if no connection: check router (internet/security/connection/... log) for blocked transfer to your computer.
Always assume they want something more: your records, money, access to your account, ...
