Channel 4 HD and Five HD How to on freesat?

How can I get channel 4 HD and Five HD on my freesat tv.
Can I use a free to air s*y white card or do you still have to have a sky subcription?

a sly freesat white card should do the trick

obviously you need the cam ability for this too , and I have no idea if your tv can take the card or a suitable cam

its a free from sly freesat card , costs around 20 to 25 pounds to a uk household and decodes about 6 to 8 channels on 28e , including c4 and c5 HD

I have my cyfra+ card in the card reader. The other one is blocked off. If I get rid of the stopper-should the mcas decode both of the cards?
