PLI Jade 3 enigma 2 settings

I did my mates original DM800 over a year ago and put on pli jade 3. He's asked me to update his settings as of course a load of the channels are missing or moved.

At the time when I installed, I found the options for channel settings on Jade wasn't the best and I can't remember how i did it, but I sent a channel list to his 800 via the computer.

My questions are....Is there a decent up to date channel settings list on Jade 3? and if not can I easily download and transfer for example the excellent Lykra settings I use on Dream elite (clone) to his via the PC?.

Or is there any other options you'd suggest?

just do it to rescan m8ty its easy

you should be able to use any enigma 2 channel list using dreamboxedit to send ino the box from the pc , I use cajton myself

Just one last question before I do it for him....does the DM need to be in standby mode when I transfer the files?

I would save his old channel list first , db to pc , into a folder

then open the new list , and ftp into the box , remembering to hit reload button afterwards

then reboot the box and test
