CT 5000 latest firmware

Hi Glen911, can you help if possible and post the latest Patch for this model. My is showing 181p from January , i have noticed from other sites thro, GOOGLE the latest is the 194..Thanks.

No, it is not the right one, for the Plus version you need the CTECH5000CPlus_228p.

Why don't you use a USB stick like i do, the CTeck HD 5100C have a USB Input it takes only 2 sec and all active keys are insite, thats all and ........ no more problems with cams

Hello again Glenn, I do use a USB stick. I downloaded your original software 1.28, unzipped to a stick and loaded it into my receiver.

I then went to the data transfer menu but it didn't show your latest softcam file (which I had on my stick).

If I could've seen the file I would've loaded it as I usually do when I update the receiver's softcam.

OK, what I did next was have a good search around the net and managed to find the 1.28p file which I could download without joining another forum.

I loaded it into the box and then the new 1.28p allowed me to load your softcam. I haven't had a real CAM for ages now. I prefer emu software.

Am I doing somethign wrong when I can't see your 'softcams' on my stick when the firmware doesn't have a 'p' (patched) at the end of its name?

Edit:- I put the 1.28 unpatched (original) version back in the box. I couldn't see the softcam on the stick. Reloaded the 1.28p and could see the softcam again.

1) First step open a new folder > Softcams < in your USB stick, now download the Winrar Zipper and open him on Topdesk.
2) Download keyfile and put him in your USB stick (to your softcam folder)
3) Put USB stick insite the Input of your Box
4) Open menu and go to USB <=> Date Transfer <=> Softcam folder <=> key softcam push OK on remote

Thats all only 2 seconds and your Box is Up To Date with the latest active keys.
