echostar ad-3000ip via channels

i have an echostar ad-3000ip via that doesnt get all the channels that my technomate does

has anyone got an upto date channel list for these and software to uplaod it to the box?

i cant seem to work out how when i scan for channels theres some not found that i have on my technomate.

ie on 28.2e on the technomate i can get e4 and e4+1 yet on the echostar it dont find it :(
also other channels missing on other sats

You have to manually add transponders on the 3000.

It will not find new transponders.
