    PVR 5020 No Power

    Hi,

Last night my PVR 5020 whistled at me a bit, TV screen went black and now there is no power when I try to switch the receiver on. I've tried the on / off trick via the rear switch and the plug / unplug numerous but no flicker it seems as though there is a problem Houston (power supply?)

Anybody know anywhere that might be able to repair?

I was lucky enough to find a general electronics repair shop who replaced a couple of capacitors on the circuit board and viola everything is working fine again.....cost the princely sum of about 15 pounds
