Good find, good signal quality (98%) same as they have
on (19e) in (Irdeto2).

Doe's this mean (channaldigitall...Neddy) are moving to 23e
and upgrading to (1080i) HD on all channels.

c+ netherland have been broadcasting from 23.5 east for a while now. Due to technical issues they have been fta for a few days. Man does the pic quality blow. DNR'd to pieces. If you want quality HD you need to check out c+ at 1.0 west
