Any advice please

i have a nokia 6280 phone that i don't use at the moment and have been told that i can put sat nav on it

is this right or is it it a wind up ???

if it is right how would i go about doing it the pnone has a 64mb sd card in it

i don't know anything about this so a idiots guide would be really appreciated (if it can be done)
