Freezing is never caused by the CCcam.cfg file.

It is nearly always caused by a poor quality server that you are conecting with.

suggest you change you default DM passwords first!...the download 'CCcam Lines Manager 1.3' and use that to config for you m8's...:respect-055:

well ive tryed all methods but just keeps saying error with dcc

ive have flsah my db 500 with gemini 4.7 max var vali 11 french borsalino but now i have used 81% var ive only put my cs file in and my indys script when i look in var/tmp there is no addons that i have downloaded so why is it taking up my var thanks

kennyboy i cannot believe you have not done this basic important thing mate.
use telnet inside windows.

click start then run and type telnet into the box.
once telnet is open type

o yourdreamboxlanip (the o must not be missed out) then hit enter

enter your username (root) and hit enter
enter your existing password and hit enter.

then type passwd (as it is written here)
then type your new password and hit enter.
repeat the typing of your new password and hit enter.

thats it your password is now changed.Ian.

Follow ians guide and you can not go wrong.
The only thing I do differently is I like to use putty for telnet

still no joy with this password change and pairs i have some peers who do not have servers does that mean thay are getting everything from me is this a good thing

check your F lines m8 no limits are set here( or set wrong) that means that Friend has unlimited reshare rights thats where it's going wrong.

do i need these in the right place because ive been reading if your cs you dont need them changed that emu to no when i look in cccam line managaer f lines no problem but clines i have peers with no card limits and at the end off there line there is nothing there ie { 0:0:2 } can i reduce that and when i go to another sat i have to reboot cccam thanks
