Sizler önceden yapılmış çalışmaları nedense bir yıl üzerine dağıtıyorsunuz anlamış değilim. Ortada dvbapi nin olmadıgı ve azbox dan görüntünün alınamadığı kesin olmasına rağmen neden bu gerçekleri saklayıp bizleri ümitlendiriyorsunuz.
Anlamış değilim.

Once again video is NEW, my work on E2 NOT (as you all know who read this topic), this work is put together and E2 is booting on this receiver!
NO Remote, NO tuners, NO audio/video/demux .....

Why you guys keep fighting with each other ?

I'm able to use vfd_display util out of S.sh like this:

( export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/mnt/hdd/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH ; /mnt/hdd/MMP/usr/bin/vfd_display -td210 'Hacking. ')
And it show in the vfd the word Hacking
The led are done like this
( export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/mnt/hdd/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH ; /mnt/hdd/MMP/usr/bin/vfd_display -td210 -led boff ) or that
( export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/mnt/hdd/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH ; /mnt/hdd/MMP/usr/bin/vfd_display -td210 -led bon )

I try now to build it with the toolchain to get it working direct.

anyone here tried the E2 setup posted on the nabilosat forum yesterday?
I tried it and worked better than I expected, any news on the date of the tuner working?

But, be carefull, if You don*t know what You do.
Cos, it is still only SHOW that E2 work on AZBox HD, for now, with no tuner&audio drivers included, yet, but tested and it work, (by mower and telesat).
After E2, it is hard to back to geniue fw., when during a E2 test, You got a black screen (it is possible, but with big knoweledge of Linux).
E2 team is preparing a tool, to easy back, from E2 to geniue fw. (promised it will be finished for tomorow)
So, for now, do not hurry UP,till we should have a stabile version (Beta fw.)

I think he means this.
But there are many problems about go back to off. Azbox FW.
Im myazbox.de have many testers much problems and it seams its impossible to fo back at this time.
Also we can see, E2 exists in real, hope the work goes on to become HDMI, Tuner and Audio drivers.

Because of these problems I posted how to use images out of the internal HDD or via nfs.
Sometime people likes the hard way.

lol i come to this thread after a long time to see if anything pop'ed out

an image running E2, but, without video, without remote, without audio, without tuner.... basically, without anything

but hey, for a linux box to run E2 without anything useful, amazing!
next i'll install E2 on my nslu slug and great we can all cheer for me... ... LOL

back to enjoy my VU+ DUO! Amazing ****!
