Question Going Back from TM 707 firmware

I made the mistake of trying 688P with ******** Analyser and would like to go back to using 679P but I have a problem :beatdeadhorse5:
I followed a written guide I had saying load the latest Technomate firmware first factory reset then load the magic patch.
I chose 707 firmware on Technomates site I cannot overwrite this with 679p as file is not recognized.
As the official firmware is much newer do I need go back software similar to the new cs patches so I can add an older version of the TM firmware before adding 679p.

    Sorry Giga M8

I will tone down the praise next time but still give thanks when it is due.
Should I look for an official Technomate patch prior to 679P

Think you can go straight to 679p after the go back.
