tm6900 super no sound on playback

Hi All

Got a new western 320 hard drive plug in all ok have recorded 2 films no problem,recorded hull-manu on nova sports chz today and have no sound on play back.sound is ok when watching live.
Any idea what problem is .

Had the some problem some times. I recognised that when You start recording in stereo and for example a movie starts with dolby multi channel audio, there won't be sound recorded. So record movies after the sound has switched to dolby multi channel. Sometimes the TM doesn't record sound even when there is no change from audio format to audio format but didn't resolve it either.

bit vague on the problems?
if it is the sound recordings try on BBC 1 and BBC HD (stereo & dolby). Is it on timed/live recordings? One Transponder? One bouquet? One Sat location? Try elimination when it is working and when not?
If other problems see if you can borrow (friends, shop, ...) a multi-way power extension sockets with protection against HF interference through integrated filters and see if that solves your random problems?
