Hi, before I went to France last week, I could clear the above channels on Astra 11361.75 H ...now all I get is audio...no video...tried rescan...
tried deleting xponder and rescanning again...still the same...any one else having same prob...receiver is FS Innovation...100% sig quality...
other HD channels..eg Anixe HD/Astra HD Promo/Servus TV HD on 11302.75 H are OK...

do you have to set where the dolby signal has to go in your receiver? digital coax/optical fiber?
or do you have to set how the dolby signal is outputted? pcm/raw ...?
otherwise try switching the audio from the remote.

do you have a transponder scan or PID search feature on it?
saint123, does it take decimal values only or also Hexadecimal? In hex, 22394 is 577A, for example.

I've got exactly the same problem on Fortec Star Passion+. A couple of days ago I suddenly only had audio on Das Erste HD, ZDF HD and Arte HD.
Not sure if you have the same now, saint123, but I don't get video for Einsfestival HD either anymore.

GIGA...not sure how I enter HEX values into Fortec Star but I'll check it out later...
Same problem with a Fortec Passion HD here (UK). Seem unable to find a way to enter the PID as HEX values.
have you tried channel editor? Setedit?

I tried Setedit, but I couldn't enter any letters for the Hex Value.
saint123 and Rob001, did you update the firmware recently?
is there nothing in the manual, explaining the keys for entering hex (if possible)
like:
(Note: remote control key letters equivalent)
A = Sat, B = i, C = Tv/Radio, D = Pause, E = Audio (speaker), F = EPG (don't know if this works for fortec)

Ok, first thing is I want to say is thanks to Giga for trying to help.
I had a look in the manual, nothing. And I tried the remote control keys and that didn't do anything at all.
I have to say I don't know a lot about satellite dishes and receivers. But after deleting the channels and doing a re-scan, shouldn't it pick up the correct Video PIDs when finding the channels?
yes, it should, if your receiver is HD compliant. It is the first time I see these high video pid
Denyo1977...Yes, I did update firmware recently but that was about 6 weeks ago...I have only had problems with these channels in the last couple of weeks...I too have also tried deleting xponder and rescanning, but no joy...

I have exactly the same problem even after re-scanning and updating the firmware etc.
I was happily receiving ZDF, Das Erste HD and Einsfestival until a week or two ago. Now I have a full lock, audio, but no video.
Even though I rescan with all PID's set to auto - no luck. Nor can I enter 5 digit PID's or HEX values as kindly suggested by Giga.
I also get Servus HD, Astra Demo and Anixe with no problems.
Why the parameters for just these channels changed overnight, I have no idea.
Oh well(!)
