does az output dts

hi does the az output dts as when i play a dts file the amp i have it connected to via hdmi just makes white noise and shows the input as pcm 44.1khz thanks fw 9.2371

Never tried it through HDMI only Optical and it does (kinda) work, in 2371 there are terrible lip sync issues but these are usually resolved by pausing and unpausing (sometimes more than once).
With 3281 there are no sync issues but an awful 'handshaking' between the AZBox and AMP where every few seconds the AMP will drop out of DTS mode, it's a very annoying listening experience!

Hopefully these will be resolved in the next firmware release.

Yes it will play throught HDMI (with the same problems as highlighted above).
Remember to set it up in the options menu first though.

In 3281 you can select PCM or RAW in the Audio section.
