Cant get any hd channels with 28500 ksps in this symbol rate on 23.5 east. If anyone had this same prob how did you solve it. No problem with any other channels. Had a go at changing different set ups and still no go help.

Please press green button when you make manual scan, then turn PILOT to ON, it should work.
