High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection is not transfered, is the HDMI cable or Videocard passing on the HDCP?

As Giga said sounds like your graphics card isn't HDCP compliant, installing "Anydvd HD" should solve your problem if it is the cause

You can also rip bluray using Anydvd HD

Playback of HDCP-protected content requires other HDCP-compatible components

    from the NVIDIA® GeForce® G100 specifications page.
Could still be the cable or the HDMI port on the flatscreen? both must pass the HDCP.
can you expand your desktop to the flatscreen?
no: you have to enable the second monitor and it must be recognised?
Requires DVI-to-HDMI dongle, is this HDCP-compliant?
can't find if it is HDMI 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3. Could also be important.

normal if you play 1080p, STB HD only max 1080I, how does a good quality dvd upscales on your computer? the more powerfull CPU('s) and GPU('s) are and if used in the computing of the HD the better the results should be of the HD output. If the system lacks the processing power, it shows in the picture quality.

Blu -Ray is working on both [ TV @ PC ]
When you configured the computer displays and the computer was rebooted. Sometimes you need to reboot a computer or even switch it off and on before some things start working.
