Factory Reset

Having a few `issues` with my set-up and want to start again.
If I select `Factory Reset` will I also lose my current Image, or does it just reset the basic settings?

I seem to have micked up while trying to set it up on USALS for a multi Sat set-up, and now every time I try to scan it does not seem to be doing what it should do eg: if I scan Hotbird at 13East it just gets 271 channels when infact there are more than 1000 channels on that satellite.

When I try to access the channels the only ones thatclear are the 271 that were scanned in, the rest say `Tuner Failed`

Any help/advice appreciated

make sure you set up 13deg first mate, i had same problem

Already done, the first thing I learnt when I first got my motorised setup was never dump your setting unless you know what sat your on - Crucial
