A simple Q: how do you turn your card? Facing down or up? Do you get the reader to see all your card details? Which revision? Which MultiCAS version?

For what it's worth: my old Via card is now read by MultiCAS and it wasn't before.

So, they are working on it all the time....

You know, AZbox are best with Nagra.

Report this and wait a bit.

    Good luck!

    Question

So, once again: what exactly have you done/tried to put your AZbox HD to work again?!?

All I have done today is connect the Sat cable and switched on, and all I got was: Booting-Checking-Loading.. - Loading... and then it stayed "Loading..." for over an hour so I switched off and came on the net to see if I could get help.

...and so I ask you again: what exactly have you actually done to try to remedy this situation?!?

I didn't notice this thread until now.........had the same problem last week.

I recovered by d/l 5020 onto a USB stick, renamed it patch.bin (no other files on that stick). Flip the back switch with USB in front and wait for menu to pop on. Select format application area (twice) and when done, select upgrade fw. After reboot, do a factory reset, another reboot then set up Az.

It has been fine so far for a week. BTW, mine is a Premium+, should work the same way for the Elite since they all use the same fw.
