    1M Triax on 26E

Hi all, I presently have a motorised 1m Triax picking up KBS World on 26E very nicely in the east midlands. I would prefer to put up a fixed mount dish for this, as the Missus is hogging my hobby

My question is, if I fixed mount the dish for 26E as prime focus, what are the chances of getting another (dual for Sly+) lnb close enough to get 28E Astra ? I guess the excess gain of this dish could mean that I can mount the Sly lnb to the side and almost behind the 26E lnb, but has anyone ever tried this ? Alternatively I need two very small lnb's that can do a 2 degree gap !

    Any thoughts ?

Hmm, if its sunny at the weekend I could try this with a spare lnb and a few beers

You can give it a try but to be honest with you i think that they are to close to each other, I have 28.5, 23.5, 19.2, 16.0, 13.0 and 10.0 with 9.0 on one Lnb (strong transponders) in front of my Triax 1.10

Yes I agree they would be too close for it to work if the lnb's were side by side, but if 28E is much more poweful than 26E I might stand a chance putting the 28E lnb to the side and behind the focal point. I think I just need some good beer to guide my experimentation this weekend ;-)
    Wish me luck !

    Hello Gr8Guy

The one on Top is a Delta Star 1.2 (official 1.2w by 135h) with subreflextor in front so signal gose back in feedhorn/flansch Lnb (more gian)
With this dish you can look to the Nilesat 7west V & H tranponders without problems in London.
The Grego's or Fibo's like we call them are the best dish you can have, really high gian.

For more Info try fibo-owners in google
