CCam providers unknown

Hi everyone

I looked at my ccam server and went to providers, it gives me a list of CAID and a provider number, but under Provider name, its unknown, is this a bad thing, is there a way to fix it?

You can update the providers list yourself very easily if you can identify the caids.

Why not post the caids with unknown and maybe we can fill in the blanks

I went to ftp to where you said, but I only get as far as var/etc there does not seem to be a file or folder `chmod 644` am I missing something here?

ftp the file to var/etc
chmod644 is not a folder or file, it is the attribute you have to set.
Use DCC and right click the file once you have sent it over
