hi i am looking for help on trying to get itvHd
i have tryed every thing the usertv 3401 scan vpdi and apdi and all i get is no video and audio but the signal strenth is there but the box says its not a hd channel
I have look all through my channel list thats how i found luxe tv been searching allo over to find any help but nothing i have found workd

any help is good
