Internal & External HDD Is this Possible?

Is it possible to run both an Internal Hard Drive and an External Drive?

I have an internal 160gb drive in my D800 at the moment and my local supermarket has just reduced their Maxtor500gb external drives down to £19.99 (so I brought some!) and was thinking I could increase my recording capacity by using the external drive too.

If I want to use an external drive, do I format as Fat32? or NTFS?

Not sure whether it would work, and people have had problems using usb external hdd's, so it'll probably be problematic. However, if you do try this, you need to format it on the dreambox itself, not on a computer. It'll use linux filesystem, not windows ntfs or fat...
