Motor Settup does not work with this

    Hello guys.

perhaps some one has the aswer to my problem.

I use a dish with 4 lnb-s and one motorized, been testing the Azbox on
the dish with 4 lnb-s until today,

Now i took the Azbox Elite and connected it witht he dis that i have motor
i try first the Diseq 1.2 as this is what i use, channels on Thor 1w come in ok as the dish was tuned in there from before. then i i moved the dish to 13 e, but dish did not move at all.

Then i try with Usals, ok the dish did move here, but it moved way off the possition of Hotbird 13,e

SO the Diseq 1.2 did not work at all on this box
while the Usals moved way off the possition,
now i wonder it is only me , or have i settup something wrong with the motor??

Has anyone here used/using motor with the AzboX Elite HD
if yes , please explain to me how you have donne it.

    cheers

Nice of you to report that matey.

I will like to come in contact with the bug reporting department
as im testing this box now i find more and more problems with the software

PS: do you know if they are fixing the CI ports yet ??
PPS; Do you know when will new software be out , with fixes for HD channels.

Please reports also the problem with Freezeing on the HD channels
as it is very very very bad atm, aslo wile you report that, tell them to fix the subbtitile colour , on all HD channels on Thor 1w the background colour is GREEN , very very anoying:banghead:

The motor is very very imported , you know that more and more PPL have motors this days, this should have been fixed before the box was even reliased

    Peace :respect-013:

    cheers

but it moved way off the possition of Hotbird 13,e
The only suggestion I can make...

Try cheating with the Usals settings and trick it into thinking your some where else .. that may work.

If your 0 degrees is at a sat position then keep adjusting your east /west location until your 0 is in the right place...

    Nice thinking matey.

Have acctualy tested this way you also mention, the box will not find anything.

When im in diseq 1.2 mode, i use move to east / west

i know that im near the Thor 1 w, as i have it pre sett there with my AB IPbox 9000.

then i just connect the Azbox back , and go to diseq 1.2 menu
then there is no signal what so ever in the frequencys i try

if i try single satelite and chose Intelsat 10-02/ Thor
i get some signal, so the dish is there , the signal is there
but there must be a bug with the Diseq 1.2 / Usals in the software

The usals work allright, but sends the dish way out of possitions
i use the same motor on AB IPbox 9000, and both disqe 1.2 and Usals works very nice.

so my guess is that there is a bug in the Azbox that is preventing the motor to work as it should.

Anyway nothing more to do then wait for a quick fix

PS ; does any one where the satelite possitions are stored in Azbox ?
is it an database file , or xml file, as i have experience and can edit some of this files , just need to know what file system this box uses

    Cheers
