Infuriating issues with Cool TV Guide.

Hi.

On many boxes I try to sort out for friends has the following issues:
When trying to assign buttons in cool TV guide, it simply won't save the button assignments!!!
All stays defaulted to NO in the Yellow menu part.
I have tried resetting the Linux permissions to 777 to no avail!!
Multibuttonquick yields the same results if I install it.
Any help would be great please.

I do with sunray 800 se clone and all save ok.

Happens with me too on vuduo2 blackhole various releases. Never got to the bottom of it.

Works on pli for me.
