Autobouquets Time Out for Tuner Lock Error - Cable Tuner VM

Hi,

I have being having this issue for the last week on my new H1, when I go into Autobouquets and set the provider location to Oxford (00020) and VM UK, I try to run the scan and it fails without returning any results with the error "Timeout for Tuner Lock"

The settings on my box are as follows:

DVB-S2 - Not Configured

DVB-C is configured and has the VM cable connected, but I can only run a manual scan which returns channels the auto-scan and autobouquets scan both fail and don't return results.

Any help would be very much appreciated?

There are three possible configurations for the Oxford area.

Location, Company, NetID, Freq, Sym Rate
Oxford 1 NTL 00020 578.250 6.887
Oxford 2 NTL 00020 818.250 6.887
Oxford 3 NTL 00013 803.000 6.887

Make sure you have the correct Network ID, Frequency and Symbol Rate set-up in your Tuner Configuration.

OK, I will try these settings later, are these set in the tuner configuration?

Play around with the three options and see which one works for you.

Make sure to set the Network ID in Tuner Configuration to correspond with the correct frequency & symbol rate.

Set Network ID: 00020 in Tuner Configuration

Manual Scan
Frequency: 578.250
Symbol Rate: 6.887

Option 2

Set Network ID: 00020 in Tuner Configuration

Manual Scan
Frequency: 818.250
Symbol Rate: 6.887

Option 3

Set Network ID: 00013 in Tuner Configuration

Manual Scan
Frequency: 803.000
Symbol Rate: 6.887
