ok this depends on many factors dish size quality of dish quality of lnbf is the dish perfectly aligned also you would need a quality sat meter for signal strength not the signal strength bar on your sat receiver they will probably all give different results also 1W has many transponders aimed at other regions of the planet so a channel frequency would be needed for comparison we also have c band on 1W but that only complicates matters further

As Satwyn suggests as the dish is motorised you should try and use the positioner settings if you have a VU+ box or similar with other boxes. You can then try different settings on your Longtitude setting to see if the signal improves going East or West. Again on the VU+ box you can tweak fine settings. 0.8w for me in Kent (A long way from Yorkshire I know!) is 80 +.

Don't be too worried about your signal quality readings, for 0.8W, as different receivers give different readings, and can drop dramatically, depending on your location.
I'm in the North West UK, with a 1.2M channel master dish, Vu+ Duo 2, running Open Black Hole, and the best I can get, at the moment, are:
C More First HD, 10934 H 25000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4 84%
C More Stars HD 10788 H 25000 DVB-S2 8PSK 3/4 80%
Sky News 12418 V 28000 DVB-S 89%
Of course I might improve the readings, slightly, by changing the cable run, as it is quite a few years old, and trying different LNB's, but as always the quality, and size, of your dish, and your location, affects the signal quality more, but you can maximize the signal quality, by peaking your dish, on a particular transponder, on 0.8W, and getting your LNB skew, (rotation), correct, but you might lose signal quality on other satellites, particularly at the far East/West of your satellite arc.

if you are not peaked on 0.8w then you may receive this lower signal, but any adjustment would be minimal and probably a slight up or down on the dish itself, but we are talking mm here
peaking the 0.8w signal could result in not tracking the arc correctly, causing signal drop on other satellites , so make only small adjustments up or down once your left right is correct
