wifi bridge not working correctly??

hello all i recieved my wifi bridge from our sponsors today,

i ran the software to configer bridge , the wifi glows blue but no channels clear under services+ when connected to sbox.

if i use ethernet cable all is ok (except for nova which i believe is down)

looking under network in sbox menu everthing shows zeros except for mac address, sevices+ shows not connected.

i originally forgot to enter passphrase which i thought was the problem but it still is not working.


the only thing i am not sure about is the mac address when setting up the bridge.

i currently have sky router and netgear wireless adapter for my pc.

should the mac address be the sbox one or something else.

Was there a setup CD ?

Did it require plugging into your PC Ethernet socket during setup ?


I put one in my S/Box a couple of days ago, didn't use the blue one from sponsor, the best one I heard from various sources is Open Media WiFi Bridge - it inst' in mins

there was set up cd,i had to plug in bridge to pc ethernet and usb, the initial screen for bridge info and configuration seems the same as the info under network of sbox.

but the bridge doest seem to be communicating with the router??
