Clean install of IOS

Hi,
I have been given an iphone6

Quick Question ...its still locked to icloud, is there anyway to do a clean install of IOS?

Have tried software (wondershare erase) but it does not touch the Icloud, so even after removing alot....it still locked.


There are websites that they claim they can do it, but charge £££

So thinking out loud there must be software that can bring this Iphone 6 to a working phone again?

Nop only the owner can unlock it, just ask who gave you the iPhone to sign out from icloud, no other way around
