locked box ,code ??

i have a tm 5402 thats locked ,is there a reset code so i may get into menu to factory reset please used tio know it but cant remember somebody has put a code so i cant get menu up ,thanks guys

code is 2011

Try 8281 as if you were changing channel then 8281 when the password box pops up
