spiderbox 6000hd help

hi all i am wondering if anyone can help ? my 1.2 channel master is on 0.8w and cccam. until a few days ago i was getting
most of the channels but now on some i am getting no signal. the Scandinavian channels mostly seem to be fine. its the Romanian, Hungary, cze, channels i like for the footie. on some of the channels i get no signal but not all. if i move to the
next channel it opens then go back to the one with no signal i get a signal and it opens. even sly news fta wont open until
i go to the next channel and back again. have moved the dish to 13e and all seem to be working ok. have changed the lnb
but it is still the same. am thinking its the spiderbox now giving up the ghost. my last update says aug 16 2016.

Hi...the latest patch you have ie 16 August 2016 is correct. if its working ok on Hotbird at 13 east then its not your motor or cables/lnb..it could be your alignment at 1 west is a bit out..i would try the following:
a) Send motor to 1 west
b) Backup all your data to USB,in case of problems you can restore back as it was.
c) Delete all the frequencies on 1 west ie the TP's.
d) Rescan 1 west using blind scan...see how many channels it finds..should find around 800 channels.
e) Check channels and see if problem fixed.

hi KARABANGA took your advice and deleted all tps on 1w and did blind scan but it is still no signal on some. on eurosport Romania
11747 h 28000 the blind scan picked it up but sometimes i get no signal ,i move to the next ghannel nat geo wild same freq as eurosport and it comes on, go back to eurosport and it opens. if i try to put this freq to do a manual scan its no signal.
well i suppose i can live with going to another channel and then back again. it could be like myself the older it gets the more stops
working haha.

KARABANGA got it working again. i updated my channel list from when it was working from my usb pen and now all seems to be fine.
i even put the eurosport Romania freq into the manual scan and got a signal.

Hi good news thats it working ok..very strange that the blind scan did not fix it..the frequencies would be the same as you had on the backup....Regards
